GreenPan™ : the original

I have managed to aquire one of these frying pans and I have to say wow it can take some serious heat and makes bacon super crispy sears meats and fish brilliantly. I cannot believe just how hot I can get this pan and nothing so far has stuck to it. I do always add a bit of oil first, tho my wife fried some eggs without oil. They looked super but yes you know it, they felt like rubber, She doesnt cook often bless her. If you get the chance buy one of these, they really are amazing. How long it will last is something else. So far I have given this so much abuse more than any teflon coated pan and it just washes up like new Brilliant if it only last's a year I would buy another one. I havent had a teflon frying pan last more than a year and thats when Im really trying to look after it.
