The web is full of great sites to buy from but sadly occasionally I find a website which lets themselves and there customers down. They will be listed here.

http://www.characterplanet.co.uk/ Character Planet – Retro 80′s Cartoon Character, TV, Movies T-Shirts & Gifts – Character Planet.co.uk after having purchased a t-shirt from this site the item delivered did not match the item on the website or in the email invoice, I paid £15.99 for the t-shirt, £4.99 for express delivery and was charged an additional £1.49 Delivery charge.
When I contacted the site to inform them what they had sent me was not what was on there website or on there invoice, I was told to send it back and they would send the correct item. When I asked them to send what I had ordered and paid for and also they should be sending me a pre paid returns bag, as this is entirely there fault. I have since not heard back from them. Checking on e-bay they also sell on there and its noticeable when there is a problem they tend not to bother dealing with it and just ignore it. This is very poor customer service and I would advise anyone thinking of using this site to look elsewhere.
